Rotation Program

The MTU AENA Rotation Program offers newly graduated engineers a formal 18-month program that provides the opportunity to be a part of three departments.  Each rotation lasts for six months, maximizing exposure to the many facets of aerospace engineering. Departments that participate in the program include Project Management, Design, Analytics, Repair Development Engineering, Powerplant Engineering, Product Support Engineering and CIPT.  During the rotation program, participants are mentored by our Chief Engineer.  Depending on business needs, participants in the rotation may have the option of choosing the group in which they wish to be placed at the end of their rotation.

MTU AENA's Rotation Program

As part of an employee’s development plan, an employee may want to take an assignment in one of MTU’s international locations.  These assignments generally last for two years and are part of an employee’s overall growth and professional development.

There are opportunities for employees to rotate through other departments throughout their MTU career.  In order to continue to develop different skills and see the business from a different perspective, an employee may apply, internally, for open positions or may build a rotation to a different department into their development plan.
